Introduction to Ayurveda

An experience of Ayurvedic healing at Fern Life Center

I learned of Fern Life Center in April 2007 searching for an Eastside massage center.  The massage was nothing short of heavenly.  I scheduled a facial within days – another blissful experience.

A pamphlet about Keesha’s Ayurvedic class caught my eye.  I hadn’t heard of Ayurveda before and went to the class.  I admit I was skeptical during the class, but I scheduled a follow-up appointment with Keesha.    I had this innate feeling that I was supposed to be there. 

I started the detox and PK program, gradually working on my emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual challenges.  I became more aware about my health, nutrition, relationships, and balancing my life.  Keesha’s program gave me the skills and knowledge that began a journey of transformation.  Two years later I am still benefiting from her wisdom and still learning about myself.  My journey continues to be transformative and self reflective.

Keesha has a natural, authentic, non-threatening style of communicating.  She is one of the most genuine individuals I know.  I trust her like no one I’ve ever met before in my life.  She is truly a gifted healer balancing emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of individuals.  I cannot speak highly enough for her, the programs and the staff of Fern Life Center.
